3 Eyz BBQ is the Kansas City Barbeque Society’s 2012 Team of the Year (TOY). Since the team was founded in 2005, Pitmasters Dan Hixon, Chris Hall and Dan McGrath have been smoking up the competitive BBQ circuit, currently averaging about 30 contests per year all over the USA!
In case you don’t know, they have been featured on TLC’s hit TV show BBQ PItmasters, have won 19 Grand Champions, 14 Reserve Grand Championships, and over 325 top ten awards!
They also placed a perfect score in ribs at the 2012 Jack Daniels World Championship! This is, by the way, the ONLY perfect rib score in history at “The Jack”!
They use their own award winning spice blend, which they use exclusively on their entries (and is available on their website.) They also offer cooking classes currently in Florida and Pennsylvania.
