We would like to give a huge HOGGING UP thank you to Clemens Food Group, owner of Hatfield Quality Meats for Sponsoring our event. Clemens Food Group was originally founded in 1895. They have had a great reputation all these years as being a leader in the food industry starting with the industrial movement in America. Back in the late 1890’s John Clemens had a farm in Maryland, later the site for Pleasant Valley Packing. He would go into Philadelphia to sell his wares – where JM Funk was starting Hatfield’s Pork processing plant. Needless to say, the rest is pretty much a great part of history.
